The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe opened in 1998 with the goal of providing a unique and high quality product in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. We strive to use the highest quality and freshest ingredients to make sure your dinning experience is phenomenal.
The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is owned and operated by Redlands natives Bill Craw, his son Don, and Scott Brandt. Bill has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 years bringing time tested wisdom to the operation. Both Don and Scott were part of the original staff on opening day, January 9, 1998, and have played an important role in the success of the restaurant over the last ten years.
